Welcome to March everyone. I want to take a minute to apologize for my lack of posting according to my schedule recently. I’ve always said I want to be transparent with this blog. By letting you know what is going and basically have a conversation with you. I had the flu a few weeks ago and I was really sick. The same weekend I got it I had planned to write posts for future dates.

I literally spent nine days in bed minus a trip to the ER for a temperature of 103. I still have the lingering cough which the doctors said will go away soon. My good friend and author Sharon Blunt graciously stepped in and wrote Wisdom Wednesday for me.

While I was sick, I couldn’t get the exercise I needed. Chair yoga was great for my body because it helped with my neuropathy. It also allowed me to get better sleep since I’m going through menopause.

Your body takes longer to heal especially if you have other health issues as well as I do. I’m not one hundred percent better but much better than I was. So, my writing and reading other blogs are coming at a slower pace than normal.

I promise to be back on track soon. Please be patient with me as I return to my regular schedule. In the meantime, please take a look at my latest article (I forgot to post Monday) at the link below.
