Another Year of Creating Inspiration

The year 2023 has been filled with many highs and many lows for me. From a diagnosis that has changed my way of eating entirely to my writing career going places I’ve never expected. Everything has been an adjustment.

What has not changed is my love for writing. Even when I’m tired and simply need sleep, I dream of things to write. Yes, that’s me the writer. The things I pen are here to encourage, inspire, and hopefully make you smile.

There was a red eighteen-wheeler tractor-trailer truck doing an illegal U-turn on the highway as I was driving right behind it, but God saw fit to keep me safe, Jesus Take the Wheel. I was driving on a dark road when I realized I was the only one on it, God showed me how to move forward and not look behind me, Go Forward. As I was falling one day God showed me how he caught me that time and many more, How Many Times Has God Caught You?

No, it has not been easy at times, but every time I sit down to write, my heart explodes with joy. It’s just something about writing that I just can’t get enough of.

I’ve learned so much from research, classes and simply networking with others. These are valuable assets because growth is essential to one’s living.

My late mother said you never stop learning at any age. So here I am fifty plus years young truly discovering my passion for penning stories to make people’s heart smile.

Thank you for continuing to stay on this journey with me as I celebrate my second anniversary. Thank you for growing with me as I continue to evolve into what God wants me to be. Thank you for taking the time to simply talk with me.
